Research Interest
My research area comprise the model informed minimally invasive therapeutic drug-monitoring approach and computational methods in clinical pharmacokinetics (PBPK modelling). Favoured techniques are LC-MSn and LC-MS/HRMS as well as pharmacokinetic modelling approaches using R, PK-Sim, and Monolix for the simulation and interpretation of drug concentrations in the human body using liquid plasma and dried blood microsamples.
